  • Description: Traditional term loans with single or multiple disbursements to finance clients of FSPs engaged in micro, small and medium enterprises
  • Target Institutions: Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Microfinance Banks, Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs), VCAs
  • Loan Size: Minimum of US$ 100,000
  • Tenure: Up to 36 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly

Revolving Facility

  • Description: A performance-based line of credit where clients can draw-down on headroom between the approved limit and the loan outstanding balance within the first two thirds of the loan tenure.
  • Target Institutions: MFIs, Microfinance Banks, SACCOs, VCAs
  • Loan Size: Up to 100% of headroom created.
  • Tenure: Up to 36 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly

Agricultural loan

  • Description:Working Capital or Capital expenditure loan targeted at all activities under agricultural value chains.
  • Target Institutions: MFIs, Microfinance Banks, SACCOs, VCAs
  • Loan Size:Minimum of US$ 100,000
  • Tenure:Up to 36 months.
  • Repayment Frequency:Monthly/Quarterly

Housing Microfinance Loan

  • Description: Wholesale loan to finance micro-housing activities like land acquisition, incremental construction, house improvement, solar power installation etc.
  • Target Institutions: MFIs, Microfinance Banks, SACCOs, VCAs
  • Loan Size: Minimum of US$ 100,000
  • Tenure: Up to 36 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly

Institutional    Development  Loan

  • Description: Institutional Development Loans to finance purchase of all types of machinery, equipment, MIS, vehicles, furniture and fixtures and refurbishment of offices and capacity building.
  • Target Institutions: MFIs, Microfinance Banks, SACCOs, VCAs
  • Loan Size: Up to US$ 300,000.
  • Tenure: Up to 36 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly

   Green Finance

  • Description: Financing of environmentally friendly products such as solar products, LP Gas, Biogas, Climate Smart Agriculture etc.
  • Target Institutions: MFIs, Microfinance Banks, SACCOs, VCAs
  • Loan Size: Up to US$ 500, 000
  • Tenure: Up to 36 months
  • Repayment Frequency: Monthly/Quarterly
