Ntokozo M. Ncube is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BAcc (hons) degree-UZ and an Accounting Science (Hons) degree from UNISA. She is currently the Group Finance Executive for National Foods Limited. She has over 20 years work experience acquired from senior executive positions, leading local and regional corporate entities, including Delta Corporation, OK Zimbabwe and Nicoz Diamond Insurance.
Kudzayi Katupira is a qualified lawyer with a huge combination of experience in private legal practice and providing in-house legal services in financial institutions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters in International Commercial Law (with Distinction) from the University of Greenwich, London. She has worked in private practice at Scanlen & Holderness Legal Practitioners & Matizanadzo & Warhurst. She also did a stint in Tunisia at the African Development Bank (AfDB) where she was attached to the General Counsel & Legal Services Department particularly the Public Sector Operations & Private Sector Divisions. She is currently employed at Ecobank Zimbabwe as in-house Legal Counsel in its Legal and Corporate Affairs Department. Kudzayi joined Zimbabwe Microfinance Fund (ZMF) as an Independent Non-Executive board member on 05 July 2019 and sits in the ZMF main board and Board Credit Committee.
Mr Mudzwiti holds a B.Tech.Accountancy(Hons.)degree from the University of Zimbabwe and completed his Articles with Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants)Zimbabwe. He has over 15 years Internal Audit experience having started at Chibuku Breweries as Audit Manager.He then joined Zimasco where he rose to the same position after which he was appointed Group Business Systems Manager, the position he held when he took up Voluntary Retrenchment in 2014. Peter worked for an International NGO, Pact, for a one year contract as ASM Project Director. He has ventured into Horticultural farming and conducts Entrepreneurial Development consultancy for Small Scale Miners.

Michael (“Mike) Nyamazana (57) is a Private Sector Development expert assisting international investors and development organisations implement Investment, Trade and Market reform projects and programmes in Africa. After a career of 19 years in Banking and Corporate Finance, Mike teamed up with a colleague in 2004 to set up Africa Corporate Advisors (Private) Limited (ACA) and became its Managing Director. The company’s mission is to facilitate foreign direct investment (“FDI”), access-to-finance and development assistance in Africa.
Mike qualified as a Chartered Secretary and became an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1992. He was elected Fellow of the Institute in 1999. He served on the Institute’s Council in Zimbabwe for 5 years (1997-2002), including two years as Vice President. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) degree and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Certificate in Theology. He is also a member of the Institute of Bankers (AIBZ) and is a Registered Public Accountant (RPAcc.).
Currently, a Judge of the Labour Court of Zimbabwe and previous Director of the Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association. Emilia Muchawa holds a Masters in Women’s Law, Masters of Policy Studies and LLB Honours degree. She has vast experience in training and facilitation in gender issues, para-legal training, non-profit board training, legal advice, negotiation, mediation, litigation, research, advocacy, lobbying and policy analysis and gender analysis.
Dr. Gumbe has a PhD in business management and holds qualifications in business studies and administration, credit management and a of trainer’s certificate in SME development. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Zimbabwe, having previously worked at the Small Enterprises Development Corporation (SEDCO).
